1. General Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the acb44 platform and its users ("Member" or "you"). By accessing or using our platform through the acb44.cam website, mobile version, or any other means, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

3. Age and Eligibility Requirements

You must be at least 21 years old to use the acb44 platform. Access to this platform is strictly prohibited for anyone under 21. Providing false information about your age during registration will result in account cancellation and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

3.1 Ineligible Persons

The following categories of persons may not create or use an account on acb44:

• Anyone under the age of 21.

• Anyone whose previous account has been permanently closed by acb44.
• Officers, employees of acb44, or immediate family members of such persons.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Terms

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive this bonus. To withdraw bonus funds, a 10x wagering requirement on the combined total of the bonus and deposit must be completed.

5.2 General Bonus Usage Conditions

• A member may not use the same offer more than once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — eligible winnings may be withdrawn after completing the wagering requirement.
• If wagering is not completed within the specified time period from the date the bonus was received, the bonus will be cancelled.
• acb44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.

5.3 VIP Program

The acb44 VIP program has three tiers. Members can advance to higher tiers through regular gaming activity:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.

Decisions regarding VIP tier changes are entirely at acb44's discretion. Cashback will be credited to eligible members' accounts at a set time each week.

6. Gaming Rules

All gaming activities on acb44 are conducted through a fair and transparent process. The outcome of every game is determined by a verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG).

6.1 Game Results

• All game results are final, and in the event of any dispute, server logs will be considered as conclusive evidence.
• For games interrupted due to connection issues, the result will be determined based on server-side data.
• acb44 reserves the right to void any winnings awarded unintentionally due to a software error or technical issue.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the game interface. acb44 reserves the right to change betting limits for any member.

6.3 Sports Betting

Additional rules may apply for betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football, and other sporting events. If an event is cancelled, bets are generally refunded, however different rules may apply in specific circumstances.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the acb44 platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure and deposited funds may be forfeited.

• Creating or managing multiple accounts.
• Abusing the bonus system or systematically circumventing its conditions.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
• Attempting to hack the system or introduce viruses or malicious code.
• Collusion with other members or through multiple accounts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Harassing or showing disrespectful behavior toward other members or staff.
• Providing false or misleading information.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Closure by acb44

acb44 may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• For violation of any clause of these Terms.
• If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
• In accordance with a legal or regulatory directive from authorities.
• For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period.

8.2 Closure by Member

Any member may voluntarily close their account. To do so, the support team must be notified via live chat or email. The member will be given the opportunity to withdraw any eligible balance before the account is closed, however any unused bonuses will be cancelled.
